# Missing Functions in ui.c

Designed GUI with events, compiles, downloads and looks great, but no code in ui.c for functions. The file ui\_events.c (//your code here) is populated with correct call function names, as is ui\_events.h. I have read docs, looked for tutorials, searched the forum. Closest I came was “Simple\_Button”, but that was over 2 years old and not much help.  
Looking to send commands and data from CP 7.0 to Ard R4 over WiFi server/client, and control steppers. Boards are communicating, not correctly. Win 11, Squareline Studio  
1.5.3, LVGL 9.1.0.

Outside of the “ui” folder where the generated code lives, you need to add your custom logic, like adding event handlers to button click event for example.
