I am very new to using Squareline. I plan to use an Arduino Giga and an Arduino Giga Display Shield for a project. Does anyone know what settings I should use in the User_Setup.h file for pin numbers?

You don’t have to change anything in the setting if merging is wrong when loading try doing one screen at a time and loading it then do another screen and load it to make sure something you did on each screen isn’t corrupting the files, also watch what you are naming the buttons and screens.
Giga Shield might not be supported directly by TFT_eSPI library but has its own driver-library which can be included e.g. in Arduino-IDE.
