Error to login personal license

I’m getting this error at login: “cannot process response from server”. It was ok before. What can i do? Thanks.

This message usually appears when you have a firewall blocking the login. Can you please check on this? Can you actually log in our website?

I am having this same problem with the same OS, on the website I am logged in without issue however in the squareline app, i get the stated error. tried to turn off windows firewalls but no result.

If you can log in the website that it is something on your computer blocking the software. Thank you for having checked the firewall, but please also check on the proxy settings and the antivirus program. These are usually causing the problem in these cases.

I have the same issue. I can use the personal license now. Squareline server is really stupid.

  1. when you using trail license, the account has NOT been registed to Squareline server.
  2. you have to activate your account again using register page on website, AFTER your trail license was expired. Do what ever you need to do until you really see the website tell you the account was activated.
  3. Then login from the APP will be OK.
  4. forum and the app is not sharing accounts. I have different password on the app and forum under the same email address. Login the forum means nothing to the app. Further more, the rules for password is different between app and forum!
    Again, stupid account management!
