the announcement of 1.3.4 version mentioned multiple resolutions in one project:

Management of multiple resolutions of the examples in the launcher
The samples can now handle multiple resolutions. The first such example is “3D printer 2”, which is available in two resolutions. In addition, it is also possible to filter by resolution in the launcher.

Is there a way how we can make it the same way in our projects?

These ‘multiple-resolution’ projects are pre-made manually in those resolutions, the feature is solely made for examples. In case you want your own project to support multiple resolutions you can use Flex-layout for that purpose.
