I’m happy to let you know that SquareLine Studio v1.1.0 is released.
Besides many fixes and smaller features these are the main changes in the new version:

Components: Now you can create your own reusable components from a group of widgets. If you change the original component all instances will be updated accordingly. Besides, with local changes the instances can be customized further. (The number of max components is limited based on license type)

Open Board Platform: From now in SquareLine Studio it’s possible to add support for any external boards. All you need is a template project and a descriptor file which can be copied to the SLS’s “boards” folder. And that’s it. In cooperation with Espressif 2 ESP based boards are already added:
ESP BOX and ESP WROOVER KIT. If you want to update them at any time refer to Espressif’s script in their GitHub repo. -
New demos: We have added the “Futuristic Ebike” and the “Smart gadget” demos. The latter also shows how to use the components.
You can get the new version from the usual Download page. Finally we could release the MacOS version now too.
