The website gives an error when subscribing, which I’m assuming one must do in order to get the download link.
I wanted to report this via the Contact Us form. However, it is also broken. It requires you to select a category, but there are no categories to select from, making it impossible to submit the form.
Hi, Thanks for reporting this issue. We had a certificate problem on the server, but we’ve quickly resolved it. You shouldn’t encounter this issue anymore.
I am encountering the same issue. I have tried using Google Chrome, MS Edge and Firefox, with no adblockers, etc. and I am unable to get a download link - this is for personal use / trial. Can you please help me understand what the issue is, and if I can try something else at my end to fix it?
The only error message I am seeing is a brief popup on the upper right corner of the webpage that says ‘Unknown error’ once I submit my email and click on subscribe (after completing the captcha)
I’m going to second moh.maya here. Having trouble using EEZ Studio and eventually had plans to use Squareline. Happened sooner than expected but hitting the same roadblock as other here.
