Probably your hardware set-up changed and so your hardware-ID changed. We’ve reset your license’s hardware key. You should sign into our wabpage and you should revoke your hardware-ID in your Profile. Then please try logging in again with SquareLine Studio.

Same issue here, it claims trial license expired. There was no change of the hardware. After login I get ERROR: Cannot process response from server. It’s still version 1.3.4 as Defender claims version 1.4. to have a trojan. See my other post.
It’s ugly like this you are blocked and can’t do anything.
