Initial actions on startup

Hi,
Just upgraded to SLS 1.2.2 and i see a new line of code generated ui____initial_actions0 = lv_obj_create(NULL); and I see in the release log the line Initial actions on startup and it seems to link to this new that is generated.
Can you explain how and for what can be used?
