Installation gets stuck in very first second

What do you want to achieve?

Install Trial version of Squareline studio

What have you tried so far?

Installing administrator.
Tried force gl flag
Tried to look log file but it is not created
Tried versions 1.1.1, 1.2.1 and 1.2.2

  • SquareLine Studio version: Trial
  • Operating system: Win 10

Please try:

  • If you have already installed any version of SquareLine, you must uninstall it.
  • Download the Windows installer from the website
  • Copy SquareLine_Studio_Windows_v1_2_2.zip to your desktop
  • Extract the installer (right click on the zip file and extract it)
  • Double-click the SquareLine_Studio_Windows_v1_2_2.exe file

This is my first installation.
I have download from official website
I have extracted to desktop
double clicked.
Still stuck.

Ha. After 24 hourst waiting I received popup that “installation requires internert connection” I am so sorry that I did not screenshot that one. So after I clicked OK then installation was ok.

This bug is most likely related to complicate company firewalls and proxies where direct connections do not work.

So now problem seems to be that I would need to configure proxy for Squareline studio. What is correct method to configure proxy for this app? Using http_proxy environmental variable?

This popup takes ages to load if network requires to use proxy.
