It it possible to move the arc indicator independently from the knob?

I would like the user to be able to drag the knob around the arc as they normally would. But I would like to move the indicator independently.

An example use case would be to have the knob indicate a temperature setpoint, with the indicator showing the actual temperature.

Maybe, but more clean and readeble is use two arc over with transparent parts. From one use indicator from second knob…
