Can't create new project - Create button doesnt do anything

After installing version 1.5 (my first install), it downloaded some files. After I clicked on Create and chose Aruino IDE, it downloaded missing boards without any error, but when I clicked the “Create” button, nothing happened. I tried uninstalling, manually installing boards in my user folder, and installing the 1.4 version, but nothing happened when I clicked the create button. Tried running as administrator, selecting different folder, reinstalling 3-4 times, nothing Tried any other proje…

Same as here. Still not resolved. Still not working.

My initial thought is that you might be using a Linux distribution that’s either missing something required to run the program, or there might be a file permission issue.

Once we can see the logs, we’ll be able to help you solve this problem.
