I am subscribing to SLS on a small bisiness plan and paying $19/month. It is judged to be worth it. By the way, I understand that this plan includes a support item. How should I inquire about this in order to receive the service? Can I just ask questions in the forum like before? Even if I ask a question in the forum, it is difficult to get an answer, and it takes a long time to wait for a comment. do i have to do this?


We can provide a dedicated consulting service if required. We can communicate in email, but if needed we can have a video call with screen share too, so we can answer your questions live. If something more complicated comes up we can also create examples for you.
