How to Toggle on and Off

Hi On the attach images, on Screen1 I need to be able to toggle the symbols on. For example when I press “G” it should be active (red) but when I select another symbol for example “A” the “G” should be un-toggled. and value “A” should be in a toggle state (Red)…

The next what needs to happen is when I select any symbol on screen1, that specific symbol needs to show on screen3 inside block (X).
